24 Weeks

So I am now 24 weeks but I cant shake the feeling that I actually might be farther along....but I guess I could just be anxious...but I dont know!! At my last appointment on Dec. 4 they went ahead and checked my cervix cause I have been having alot of Braxton-hicks. But everything is great my cervix is closed and thick..just like it needs to be. Next appointment they do my glucose testing and hopefully get to find out when my next sono is. I want to see the baby at least one more time before I deliver. I just love her soooo much!! Ms. Kaylin Collette Lauren Jackson will be here before we know it and I cant wait!!!

18 Weeks

On November 4, 2008 we had an appointment for the fetal growth and development and to hopefully found out if we were having a boy or a girl! They said everything was great and perfect and growing like it is supposed to and actually I am measuring 19 weeks instead of 18, and best of all we are having a BABY GIRL!!!! We are soooo excited!

Halloween!

For Halloween my sister had a party and I was a devil (a very pregnant devil if you ask me) and Jason was Bill Clinton! His mask was very interesting..lol!! But we had a lot of fun! On actual Halloween I went with my friend, Melody Toosi, to the improv and saw Mark Curry!

6 Weeks

We went to the doctor for the first appointment on August 14, 2008. I am 6 weeks pregnant and we got our babies first picture! It does not look like much but we are still very excited!!! We also got to hear the heartbeat for the first time...It was amazing!!

How It All Started!

Jason and I met in March of 2007 and have been together since June 17, 2007. We met through some mutual friends and we were all quite surprised when we got together! We had some struggles in the beginning for we both had very different lifestyles but we somehow made it work together after alot of compromising. We have made each other better and stronger people because of it. Jason and I got engaged on May 1, 2008 at Maggianos. We were very happy to find out that we are expecting our first child in April 2009. We were very shocked and very happy but it was a definite surprise!
